I will gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations:

2 weeks (14 days from receipt) to return an item

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

Rings that have been sized cannot be returned

Special orders/ custom pieces cannot be returned

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

Unless other arrangements are made all pieces will be shipped by USPS, Priority, insured mail. Signature will be required. Please be sure someone over 18 years old is available to sign for your package. Your item will be shipped once payment is confirmed and your item is ready. It will be shipped with tracking insurance.

All earrings have either sterling silver ear wires/posts or 14k gold ear wires and posts.

Repeat customers can get a 10% discount off of full price pieces. This does not apply to pieces that are on sale or discounted. Customer must leave an email address for this discount.
